Live” alums Chris Rock and Martin Short will both return to their old Studio 8H stomping grounds later this month for the final two "SNL" episodes of 2024. For Rock, who will host on Dec. 14, this reps his fourth time in that role.

Short has previously hosted “SNL” five times, three as an individual. In 2022, he co-hosted an episode with his “Only Murders in the Building” co-star Steve Martin, and in 1986, he hosted alongside Martin and Chevy Chase.

And this year, we're coming up on a huge moment for the series: its 50th season. SNL season 50 is sure to be memorable, and if you ask me, there's one person that would make the perfect host and musical guest: Taylor Swift.
