Young India opener Yashasvi Jaiswal opened up on his sledge to fast bowler Mitchell Starc after he told him that he was bowling too slow on Day 2 of the ongoing first Test in Perth.

The swashbuckling Indian opener was the leading run scorer for the visitors on a near perfect day in the opening Border-Gavaskar series Test.

Jaiswal, the batsman who has battered all bowlers in India, in West Indies, but couldn’t replicate it on tough Test pitches in South Africa - his only real blip so to say - has taken that big step in Australia.
