New England Patriots safety Jabrill Peppers is active for Sunday’s game against the Indianapolis Colts after being taken off the commissioner exempt list this week amid his ongoing domestic violence and drug case.

Peppers was dropped from the Commissioner’s Exempt List and reinstated by the NFL earlier in the week. He hasn’t played since the team’s Week 4 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Meanwhile, Wise has missed the last two games due to a foot injury.

The Indianapolis Colts will have wide receiver Alec Pierce back on the field as they visit the New England Patriots, who will see the return of safety Jabrill Peppers, on Sunday in Foxborough, Mass. Pierce missed practice Wednesday and Thursday with a foot injury but returned to full practice Friday and is expected to play against the Patriots (3-9).
