Georgia freshman Nate Frazier ran 3 yards for a 2-point conversion in the eighth overtime period, leading the No. 7 Bulldogs to a wild 44-42 victory over rival Georgia Tech in the longest game in SEC history.

In overtime eight, Georgia Tech’s pass was incomplete out of the back of the end zone. The overtime record is nine when Illinois defeated Penn State. Georgia and Georgia Tech each scored in the first overtime to move the score to 34.-34. They each scored in the second overtime but both schools failed on two-point conversion.

Rivalry week in college football did not disappoint on Thanksgiving weekend as we saw numerous terrific rivalries and the hatred between all of these schools was on full display. One of the best games of the weekend took place on Friday night as the Georgia football team hosted Georgia Tech.
