Kansas running back Devin Neal is The Associated Press college football player of the week. The senior ran for 207 yards and three touchdowns on a career-high 37 carries and caught four passes for 80 yards and a TD in the Jayhawks’ 37-21 win over Colorado.

Kansas made college football history by winning the game. The Jayhawks, now 5-6, have beaten ranked teams in the Top 25 in three consecutive weeks. That has never happened before in college football. Hunter had a big game with eight catches for 125 yards but Colorado’s defense could not stop Neal, Jalon Daniels and Kansas.
