Byrne's tour announcement comes alongside news of his new album, "Who is the Sky?" which is due out Sept. 5. It's his first album since 2018's "American Utopia" and it was produced by Kid Harpoon, whose credits include Harry Styles' "Harry's House" and Miley Cyrus' "Flowers."
